5. TIME OF DELIVERY AND CONDITIONS
To safeguard the integrity of the plants shipped, shipments are made from Monday to Wednesday to be sure that the package does not remain stationary over the weekend.
Orders received on Wednesday are shipped on one of the first three days of the following week.

6. RETURN OF GOODS / CREDITS / DAMAGED ARTICLES
