Safe and fast shipping with DHL Express
Starting from 19.05.2025, our shipping rate will be updated to CHF 18.90, with free shipping for orders over CHF 160.00.
We have chosen to continue shipping with DHL Express, despite the general increase in transportation and material costs.
We do this because we believe that orchids deserve special treatment: a reliable, fast and safe service is the only way to ensure that they arrive at your home in perfect condition.
Unlike an ordinary package – such as a book or a generic product – shipping a live plant is a delicate and complex process.
Each shipment requires specific materials, manual attention and tailor-made preparation, to protect the plant from shock and transport stress.
What does this rate include
- Express shipping with DHL – delivery within 24 hours (working day after shipping)
- Insurance included up to CHF 1000.–
- Full tracking and real-time notifications
- Customised protective packaging
Options:
- Delivery by 12:00 the next day for a surcharge of CHF 9.–
- Delivery by 10:30 for a surcharge of CHF 15.–
