  • The contractor is not responsible for any color variations due to the quality or settings of the customer’s screen. Additionally, as plants are grown in a greenhouse, they may have small natural imperfections that do not affect their health or quality.
  • Any amount paid by the customer will only be refunded after the entire order is returned in good condition.
  • If the customer chooses a more expensive shipping method than the standard option, the contractor will not refund the additional costs incurred.
  • If the delivered product does not conform to the contract, the customer must report the issue immediately after discovering the defect, considering the perishable nature of plants. To support the claim, the customer must provide photos proving the non-conformity of the received products.
  • The contractor will always package the products with the utmost care to minimize potential transport effects. However, as living organisms, plants may show slight aesthetic changes due to transportation.
  • Once received, plants require proper care. The contractor is not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling by the customer, such as incorrect watering, unsuitable environmental conditions, or inappropriate exposure.
  • The contractor has no direct control over how the courier handles the package and, therefore, cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss occurring during shipment.
  1. ORDERS
  • All orders are binding. Please ensure that you are genuinely interested and that the delivery address is clearly and correctly indicated. Costs for returning shipments due to incorrect or missing delivery data provided at the time of the order will be charged to the customer (including any storage and delivery costs).
  • Plants will be shipped NOT IN BLOOM, unless purchased in the Flowered category, where orchids in bloom (or with a flower spike) can be ordered.
  • The size of the plants is specified in the item description but may not necessarily indicate the size at the time of delivery.
  • Plants at N years to flower strength: These are young plants that will take about N years to start flowering.
  • Flowering strength plants / adult plants: These are young plants that have reached the necessary size to flower within the year and/or plants of good size that have already flowered multiple times.
  • If an order is canceled before shipment, it will be refunded with a 5% penalty fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
  • The ability of plants to reflower over time depends solely on the care provided by the customer and cannot be guaranteed by Orchidable. Pot sizes and supports may vary depending on availability. All photos on the site are indicative, and the plants received may differ slightly. Some photos in the “SHOP” section come from other websites: if someone recognizes their photo and does not want it on this site, please let us know, and we will remove it. If you need the package by a specific date or urgently, please write it in the order notes. Online sales are not subject to a minimum order.

  • Prices in the shop are shown in Swiss Francs and include VAT. Prices may change during the year due to adjustments or discounts.

  1. DELIVERY, SHIPPING, AND PACKAGING COSTS
  • Upon ordering, you will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of the order. If you do not receive confirmation, the ordering procedure may not have been completed correctly or the email may have ended up in the spam box. If so, please contact us directly via email (andrea@orchidable.ch). From that moment, it may take 24/48 hours for the order to be processed. Shipments are made from Monday to Wednesday to ensure the package does not remain stationary over the weekend; therefore, all orders placed after 12:00 on Wednesday will be processed the following Monday. Packaging and shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The service is with signature and parcel guarantee.

  1. DELIVERY TIMES AND CONDITIONS
  • To safeguard the integrity of the plants, shipments are made Monday through Wednesday to prevent the package from sitting idle over the weekend. The courier normally delivers reliably on the next business day after the package is picked up. The above delivery times refer to the time of assignment to the courier. Guaranteed shipping even in winter. The responsibility for transportation lies with the shipper, not Orchidable. Orchidable assumes no responsibility for disruptions in service attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent the execution of the contract in the agreed time.
  • To ensure the best protection of the plants, shipments are also made during the winter. However, Orchidable is not responsible for any damage caused by extreme temperatures during transport. If you are concerned about weather conditions, please indicate this in the order notes so that we can arrange the most suitable shipping option.
  • Shipping is always at the customer’s own risk, but Orchidable takes every precaution in packing to minimize potential damage.
  • If a package is lost in transit, Orchidable is not responsible for a direct refund of lost merchandise.
  1. RETURN OF GOODS / CREDITS / DAMAGED ARTICLES
  • If the goods have been damaged during shipment, please inform us by e-mail as soon as you receive the items. Do not resend parts of the order or dispose of the plants without our consent. The package is guaranteed up to 700 Swiss francs, so Orchidable may open a claim for damages. This requires photos of the box and plants from the buyer showing the damage and any messages of delay from the courier. Due to the delicate nature of the product, it is not possible to return plants that conform to the order placed by the customer. There is no refund for late shipments caused by the courier without damage to the plants. None of the above conditions affect your legal rights in case of damaged items. Items purchased in the SALE category, even if they have defects, will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval and will be issued using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase. If a refund through the same payment method is not

  • We do not provide or share your data with third parties. All personal data will be treated with privacy. Orchidable is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, strikes, and other unforeseen events. All data entered into the system during the purchase process are encoded with secure SSL technology. Orchidable is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties of credit cards, checks, and other means of payment during the purchase process. At no time during the purchase procedure does Orchidable have access to the customer’s credit card number, which is transmitted directly to the banking service manager via a secure connection. The photographs published on our website have a purely indicative purpose and are used to best represent the products or services offered. Some of the images featured may have been obtained from online sources.However, if you recognise a photograph of yourself among those used and do not wish it to be published on our site, please let us know. Our priority is to respect the rights and sensitivities of others, which is why we will promptly remove the reported image as soon as we receive your request.

This contract and sales organized by Orchidable are governed by Swiss law. The competent court is CH – 6500 Bellinzona. Force Majeure Orchidable is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, strikes, and other unforeseen events.
