• Light: Masdevallia prefer indirect and moderate light. A north or east exposure is ideal, avoiding direct sun which could burn the leaves.
• Watering: They like a constantly moist but well drained substrate. Water regularly during the growing season (spring and summer), making sure that the substrate never dries out completely, but without stagnation. In winter reduce watering slightly.
