• Light: Masdevallia prefers indirect, moderate light. The ideal exposure is north or east, avoiding direct sunlight which could burn the leaves.
• Watering: they like a constantly moist but well-drained substrate. Water regularly during the growing season (spring and summer), making sure that the substrate never dries out completely, but without waterlogging. Reduce watering slightly in winter.
