If the goods have been damaged during shipment, please notify us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Do not return parts of the shipment without any agreement.
The package is guaranteed up to CHF 700.- by DPD so it is possible by Orchidable to open a damage notice, to do this you must send the photo of the box and plants with evidence of the damage.
Items purchased in the SALE category, even if they have any defects, will not be refunded.
Orchidable correctly processes refunds using the same payment method used to purchase. If this refund is not possible, you will be asked for the account for a bank payment.
