We have chosen to continue shipping with DHL Express, despite the general increase in transportation and material costs. We do this because we believe that orchids deserve special treatment: a reliable, fast and safe service is the only way to ensure that they arrive at your home in perfect condition.
Unlike an ordinary package – such as a book or a generic product – shipping a live plant is a delicate and complex process. Each shipment requires specific materials, manual attention and tailor-made preparation, to protect the plant from shock and transport stress.

If the goods have been damaged during shipment, please notify us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Do not return parts of the shipment without any agreement.
The package is guaranteed up to CHF 1000.- by DHL so it is possible by Orchidable to open a damage notice, to do this you must send the photo of the box and plants with evidence of the damage.
Items purchased in the SALE category, even if they have any defects, will not be refunded.
Orchidable correctly processes refunds using the same payment method used to purchase. If this refund is not possible, you will be asked for the account for a bank payment.
