Starting from 19.05.2025, our shipping rate will be updated to CHF 18.90, with free shipping for orders over CHF 160.00.

We have chosen to continue shipping with DHL Express, despite the general increase in transportation and material costs.
We do this because we believe that orchids deserve special treatment: a reliable, fast and safe service is the only way to ensure that they arrive at your home in perfect condition.

Unlike an ordinary package – such as a book or a generic product – shipping a live plant is a delicate and complex process.
Each shipment requires specific materials, manual attention and tailor-made preparation, to protect the plant from shock and transport stress.

What does this rate include

  • Express shipping with DHL – delivery within 24 hours (working day after shipping)
  • Insurance included up to CHF 1000.–
  • Full tracking and real-time notifications
  • Customised protective packaging

Options:

  • Delivery by 12:00 the next day for a surcharge of CHF 9.–
  • Delivery by 10:30 for a surcharge of CHF 15.–
  • Customised package management:
  • Address change, alternative delivery or postponement via app/link
  • Collection at DHL partner points (e.g. Migros, Pick-up centres)

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The service used is DHL Express Priority for CHF 18.90 – free over CHF 160.

Payment

Online sales are not subject to a minimum order.

Product prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Prices may change during the year.

You can pay by credit card or debit card using Mastercard, Visa and PayPal, TWINT.

Returns

If the goods have been damaged during shipment, please notify us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Do not return parts of the shipment without any agreement.
The package is guaranteed up to CHF 1000.- by DHL so it is possible by Orchidable to open a damage notice, to do this you must send the photo of the box and plants with evidence of the damage.
Items purchased in the SALE category, even if they have any defects, will not be refunded.

No refund in case of late shipment caused by the DHL.

Orchidable correctly processes refunds using the same payment method used to purchase. If this refund is not possible, you will be asked for the account for a bank payment.
