Shipping
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The service used is DHL Express Domestic for CHF 12.90 – free over CHF 120.
Payment
Online sales are not subject to a minimum order.
Product prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Prices may change during the year.
You can pay by credit card or debit card using Mastercard, Visa and PayPal.
Returns
If the goods have been damaged during shipment, please notify us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Do not return parts of the shipment without any agreement.
The package is guaranteed up to CHF 700.- by DPD so it is possible by Orchidable to open a damage notice, to do this you must send the photo of the box and plants with evidence of the damage.
Items purchased in the SALE category, even if they have any defects, will not be refunded.
No refund in case of late shipment caused by the DPD.
Orchidable correctly processes refunds using the same payment method used to purchase. If this refund is not possible, you will be asked for the account for a bank payment.
