Hoya is native to the tropical forests of South-East Asia, particularly the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and New Guinea.

Light: Prefers bright, indirect light.
Water: Water when the soil is dry. Avoid water stagnation.

Temperature: Ideal between 18°C and 24°C.
Soil: Use a well-draining substrate.
Fertilisation: Fertilise once a month in spring and summer.
